Nervous in New York
Nan Leslie's fiction has appeared in over twenty literary
journals. She is nominated for The Pushcart Prize and won
the fiction award from The University of Washington's Fiction
Writer's Association. She is the fiction editor of Able
Muse and the assistant fiction editor of Web Del Sol's
In Posse Review. She also freelances for such magazines
as The Writer. She was educated at Connecticut College
and the University of New Haven with a concentration in creative
writing and literature. She also studied under Yale professor
and award winning writer Bernadine Connelly, who studied under
John Hersey.
