Earth Bound

This particular piece, Earth Bound, is hard to classify—it is a fiber piece (both hand-painted and dyed plus a few commercial fabric remnants). She hung outside through three Missouri summers and winters for a weathered look....then I hung her in the window of an old ivy-covered greenhouse here...trimmed the ivy to blend into her fiber hair—then photographed it, scanned it and played with it on the computer. I suppose Mixed Medium covers all that. :)
